Following the patient's death, Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice provides services to help loved ones cope with their loss. A licensed mental health professional directs a comprehensive, 14 month bereavement program that may include individual and family counseling, grief education, a monthly bereavement newsletter, adult and child support groups, seminars, and memorial services and holiday gatherings.
