Responsible for overall management of human resources department. Includes developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures, working with management and staff regarding policies and work standards, assisting in hiring and orientation of new employees, monitoring FMLA, Workers Compensation, unemployment, turnover, compensation, personnel files, training, progressive discipline and terminations.. Requires bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field along with a minimum of two years in similar position. PHR or SPRH preferred. Also requires current DL, proof of auto insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation as travel may be required.
