Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice has the following open positions: 

RN Referrals (Wichita) –   FT position serves patients and families. Requires current KS RN license and experience in similar position. Also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a team as well as individually. Will also need current DL, proof of auto insurance, and good driving record as travel to homes and facilities is required. 36 hrs/week 9am – 9pm along with some weekend hours. 

RN Case Manager (Wichita) – FT -- Two positions available. Requires current KS RN license and experience in similar position. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Will also need current DL, proof of auto insurance, and good driving record as  travel to homes and facilities will be required. 

Social Worker (Cowley area) – PRN position to provide counseling for patient care and bereaved families in Cowley county and surrounding areas. Must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills for documentation. Prefer experience in health care or mental health setting. Requires LMSW licensure. Reliable transportation, current DL, proof of car insurance, and good driving record also required.
