Our mission is to enable people to live with dignity and hope while coping with loss and terminal
illness.
Profile
Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice exists to provide compassionate,
high quality care to patients, enabling them to approach the end of their lives
with dignity and comfort among people they know and love.
Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice offers a comprehensive,
coordinated program of services to terminally ill patients and their families in
private residences, nursing homes, and inpatient settings. Physical, emotional,
social, and spiritual care are available from an interdisciplinary team under
the direction of the patient's physician. Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice team members
include a medical director, registered nurse, home health aide, social worker,
pastoral counselor, and volunteer. Our focus is to provide quality care that
exceeds National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
standards.
