In March, certified by HCFA as a provider of
Medicare Hospice Benefit, the first hospice in Kansas to be certified

Friends of Hospice was established, and
these dedicated volunteers began the annual Tree of Life campaign to raise
funds for the organization

In April, office relocated to Woodrow St, Wichita

In July, merged with Butler County Hospice
(established in 1987) Name changed to Hospice Incorporated

In June, invited by Cowley County Hospice
(established in 1979) to become the hospice provider in that county

In April, Sumner County Hospice
(established in 1980) invited us to become the hospice provider in Sumner County

Began serving Kingman County
Relocated office to its present location at 313 S Market St, Wichita

| 1995 |
Invited by Coffeyville Hospice to become
the hospice provider in the southeast area, and began serving patients in
other southeast Kansas counties as requested
Launched the first capital campaign, and exceeded its goal of $2 million

Average daily census of 191 patients for
the year, and a peak census of 223, the highest ever. Hospice Inc. opens
its own pharmacy to better serve our patients and lower costs.

| 2001 |

Hospice Inc. opens its inpatient facility at the Vyne at
Crestview in Wichita. Up to twelve patients can be cared for in this new
unit. Hospice Inc. expands into new offices in Hutchinson to serve the city
and surrounding area.

Organization renamed to honor one of the founders: Harry E.
Hynes M.D.

| 2003 |
|
Celebrated our 20th year of serving patients.

| 2004 |
|
Opened Kansas first Hospital based Hospice Center at Via
Christi St Francis. Fifteen private rooms are available to serve patients
and their families.

| 2005 |

Invited by the local nonprofit hospice to strengthen our
presence in Harvey, Marion and McPherson Counties.
Reached an average daily census of 300 patients

| 2006 |
|
Dedication of our new Memorial Garden just south of 21st
street and east of the K-96 interchange.
In a rare "win-win-win" situation, land was donated just when
we were looking for a beautiful site for our garden. Stop by and visit this
